Here comes Santa Claus.....

Well, we had the bright idea of seeing if Eliana would love to sit on Santa's lap....she was terrified!! The Santa was really sweet....he actually adopted 2 kiddos 40 years ago. For a minute she forgot where she was and smiled at us, but the second she turned around and saw him again....freak out!

Can't you see the fear in her eyes?! She smiled when we showed her the picture of her and Santa later on in the night.

Chris really got into Black Friday....he actually was spending his b-day money at REI. He has been wanting a cool sleeping bag for a while. He got plenty of stares while he "tried on" the sleeping bag. This one was the winner. He actually slept in it last night in our bed. Sometimes I forget that he is 30 and not 13!

This week has been so much fun....lots of food....the game Apples to Apples....and mom helped us put up Christmas decorations today. Eliana is mesmerized by the lights!! We could care less about the presents....I just love the holidays. Hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving week....

Love y'all,
Lindsey

Sounds like lots of fun. I don't think Chris will ever grow up which is why he is loved by all and why your children will always adore him. I have a husband who is much the same. Have a great December.

we haven't taken the girls to see Santa yet, but the stuffed santa at Wal-Mart that sings scares Fern to death so I imagine that the real Santa will send her over the edge... Happy late Thanksgiving, what a great year to celebrate with our girls!!!

Kade did NOT sit on Santa's Lap last year:( He took one look at him and freaked out! Hopefully this year! Chris is hilarious, and smart! You have to try those things out! And Apples to Apples is the BEST game!!

I love the pictures with Santa. It reminds me of my oldest, she was scared to death. I haven't even tried with my other 2.

My aunt told me that guys never grow up last age twelve. So, if yours is acting 13 instead of 12, you are very lucky! :)

Heidy doesn't like Santa either!! Nor the Easter Bunny etc..... I can't get her to go even near Santa's house at the mall!! In fact she never wants to go to the mall "ever ever again"!! You will still treasure the pictures even though she was scared!!

I hope your hubby never grows up!! Mine is too old for his britches!!

Oh my gosh...Chris is TOO funny!
That Santa picture is so sweet and pitiful. I just want to hug her. One day, she'll be rushing to get him, though...just wait.

A friend told me about your first baby girl Xiomara, that you have lost her to the sistem.
I have the same problem now,I fell so bad,but I see you guys have another miracol in your arms.
To tell you the truth I feel empty right now,I dont't know how I can even look at another child.
I hope I will be better someday.
Take care.
