Urgent prayer for Kali (my sister's roomie)!!

Hey friends,
This is a really hard post for me to write. My sister's roomie and dear friend, Kali, was in a deadly car crash this morning at 9 a.m. in Tallahassee, FL. Her and 6 other friends were headed to Disney World for a vacation. 3 of the 7 people were declared dead....and Kali is hanging on for life right now as I type this. She has a fractured skull...and bleeding in her brain. Please get on your knees right now and pray for a miracle. Pray for the 3 families that have lost their precious kids....and for the other two that are in critical condition with Kali. This breaks my heart!! Pray for my sister, Leah....this is devastating for her.

Love you all,
Lindsey

Below is a news story: (please don't post about them "not wearing seat belts"....that will make me mad right now)

The Tallahassee news story

UPDATE: Another one of our dear family friends, the Chapmans, lost their little girl today in a horrible accident. It is the most tragic thing.....what a broken world. Why Lord? Why ?

Praying for all of the families. Such tragedy.

You know, we are all young and "crazy". We all make mistakes. It is a part of being human. We all make choices that we wish we hadn't. Most of us get lucky. They are young people. I think that we all need to be careful of judging others and their choices or mistakes. To err is human. It does not mean our errors should cost us our life for punishment. If that were the case I would not be here today.

Praying for your strength at this time as well. You have the weight of the world on your shoulders. Keep us posted.

You know I lifted these kids and their families up to the Lord! Seat belts or not, these are God's kids and this is not HIs plan for them or their families. May they received God's healing and their families received His peace. Many blessings, Susie

I can't stop crying right now. I am so sorry. I teach my children the difference between inconvenient and terrible...this is terrible. I pray for everyone affected by this. I know that in just a few weeks I will be heading that way and I will still be thinking of them.

Lord, please lift these families up. Please wrap your arms of comfort around each person affected.

I have no words, I will be praying for both families.

My brother in law who was 35 with two children was in a terrible car accident last October. He fell asleep while he was driving and was ejected out from his vehicle through the sun roof. He was not wearing his seatbelt. Doctors told him that he would never be able to walk..his lower back was affected and could not feel his groin area and legs.

Believe in miracles because today my brother in law is now walking on his own and just last week he got his driver's licence. It was a miracle with his will power that he his walking. His walk may not be the walk he used to have but he his walking with the help of a cane.

I am not saying not to wear your seatbelt by any means, but some people believed that because he was not wearing his seatbelt, it actually saved his life. He was thrown out his jeep but his jeep was so damaged that and he would have probably died being tied up and crushed.

We now just found last week that my nephew who just turned 18 has leukemia. The leukemia he has usually affects people who are 65 and older.

I wonder why people have to go through hardships like that. Life is so fragile and we have to appreciate every minute of life. We have to tell our loved ones we love them, enjoy life and stop complaining.

I will be praying for these families. I wish them all the strength and courage they need to get through this.

So sorry to hear about this! I've read about this news two years ago. At that time, my friend is also mourning for the death of a niece named Sheila, who died in a car accident. It happened when Sheila is on her way to attend a church meeting. Her car was damaged but was perfectly repaired by the best repairmen of a Dallas collision repair company. Such Dallas dent repair company also restored the car in its original form and color. Until now, my friend still talks about the accident.

Thanks for sharing, Chris and Lindsey!
