Jillian Michaels is going to become my new best friend!
I am tired of sitting on the couch (eating ice cream) and watching the Biggest Loser.....crying my eyes out....and doing nothing to change ME! So, Chris and I are starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow morning. Some of my fav blogs (Boomama and Big Mama) have joined a 30 Day Shred challenge....so I am joining. I probably won't be able to walk for a week....but I am going to do it. Who wants to join in?!!

Rooting you on, good for you guys. Never an easy task and we too watched the finale and talked about how to stay in a healthy mode. Will be cheering for you both.

Lindsey, you've inspired me! I started 30 day shred a couple months ago, then got sick a few weeks in and never got back into it. I'm going to start again! The DVD is awesome, and the workout goes by so quick!
I agree...this dvd really kicks your butt into shape! It's a good thing it is only 30 minutes long! Good luck! I need to get motivated to get started again!

Count me in! I have been doing my walk away the pounds all week and we have been taking Auri to a park and walking a few miles! I have to do something!!!
I purchased 30 day Shred about 3 wks ago and MUST admit that just looking at the cover isn't really doing much for me nor, is the fact that I watch others in my neighborhood run. I thought FOR SURE IF I watched then I too would loose weight. Sadly, this IS NOT the case.:) So, COUNT ME IN...I will start tomorrow. Okay, I'm going to aim for starting then. :) However, I have been watching what I eat and have lost 6 pds. in 2 1/2 wks..YAY ME!!!
