Tears are falling... I am utterly speechless, heartbroken and guilty...guilty of becoming absorbed in worldly things...totally sheltered from such suffering...I want to post on my blog too.
Dear Jesus, help us to be your hands and feet for the little ones of this world. Help us to seek out ways to pour money, resources, time, energy to speak and heal them because so many do not. God, thank for these two that were given the chance to survive. Move us to action.
I did not just cry when I watched this I sobbed! I put it on my blog yesterday and words can not describe how horrible and selfish I felt after watching it!
Thanks so much for sharing this as well. I'm just heartbroken and ashamed for being so selfish and caught up in what I have and "need" and then I see this. Thank you for opening my eyes today.
Lindsey, Mnay of us fail to see the desperation orphaned children face each day!! No matter what country it's in as long as we stand and help even if in a small way we could turn this around!! Thanks for sharing and may God use this as a tool to move people to help orphans around the world!
Ever since you posted this video, my mind has not stopped thinking of it. So I posted it on my blog as well in hopes that people will be inspired to give just a bit more this year.
Lindsey, you, Chris and Eliana are an amazing family and I am ever so inspired by you.
I have seen this on a few blogs and it's such a moving video and it just makes you wonder why some people have to go through this :-( It is indeed so very moving
I am overwhelmed and can stop crying. Thank you for posting this and the reminder it will serve for me everyday of my life to not forget these children and all of the others just like them.
We have only been married 6 years, but this one thing we know...we want our lives to make a difference for the Kingdom of God in the country of Guatemala. We love so many of this country's precious children, and by the grace of God we were given the incredible gift of adopting one of them! Her name is Eliana Hope Wheeler...and this is her story (along with our journey on the long road called adoption)! The story doesn't end here....God is calling us to more. Thank you for joining with us....for praying for us....and for loving these kids!! We are so grateful for each of you.

Thanks for sharing this Lindsey... it breaks my heart to see those children so starved for food, for love, for a chance to grow up.

Humbling is the only word I have.

I can't even find any words right now. Every person in America needs to see this!
