- We have only been married 6 years, but this one thing we know...we want our lives to make a difference for the Kingdom of God in the country of Guatemala. We love so many of this country's precious children, and by the grace of God we were given the incredible gift of adopting one of them! Her name is Eliana Hope Wheeler...and this is her story (along with our journey on the long road called adoption)! The story doesn't end here....God is calling us to more. Thank you for joining with us....for praying for us....and for loving these kids!! We are so grateful for each of you.

We are so happy that you get to foster your precious baby. I have been following your blog and want to get you in contact with another mom that is fostering there. Her name is Gretchen and I know you will love her. E-mail me for more info.

So excited I cannot believe this! U will be holding her so soon!
Look how precious she is!!! Can you believe we are leaving in just a few short weeks??? I just ran out and bought a sun hat...so one more thing off the list. How big of a car does our driver have??? You know we will be stocking up at the Hiper Paiz (b/c there is no way the pack n play and high chairs our flying down with us!!!)
I was so happy to "pop" over here and see that you have decided to go to be with Eliana. You will never regret it! Best of luck. Hoping these 3 weeks go by quickly for you. Can't wait to see her in your arms!
