A few more details......

The countdown is on.....3 weeks until I am holding our baby girl!! I can't believe it. This has all happened so quickly; I feel like I am in a dream. I am SO THANKFUL for this opportunity. I have had some people e-mail me to see what our needs are....so I thought I would post our info. again.

We are trying to come up with the money to finish the adoption and pay for my rent/living in Antigua (I am sharing a house with 3 other girls and their kiddos). If you would like to help us....we would REALLY appreciate it. Thank you so much to the people who have already been SO GENEROUS to us!!

You can send a TAX-DEDUCTIBLE donation. Here is the info.:

An account has been set-up at our church called the
"I Choose You-Wheeler" fund.
It is 100% tax-deductible!!
You can send a check (write it to Fellowship Bible Church and write in the memo line...."I Choose You- Wheeler") to:

Fellowship Bible Church
"I Choose You"-Wheeler fund

I love you all so much....THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for the support!!! We couldn't do this without y'all. I can't wait to start blogging from Antigua!!

Love,
Lindsey

P.S. I AM GOING TO MISS CHRIS LIKE CRAZY!!!!!! What will I do without my best friend??!!

Oh my goodness...I am just getting caught up on your blog! I guess my disaster in Tulsa is nothing compared to what you and your family have been through and are going through! Wonderful news on the fostering! Hopefully you will be able to get that beauty home SOON!! If the BM interview went well, which it sounds like it did, maybe it will be very soon. I will be praying for that!!!

And I am so sorry to hear about Kali. But also so glad you were able to be with the Chapman's. What tragedy there too.

Praying blessings on you and your family!

I can't imagine how you must long even more now to be with her since you know she is just around the corner. That is awesome! What a blessing.

I am so happy for you! You will love Emily (I love her dearly) and LeeAnne (another absolutely wonderful lady). I pray that your time away from Chris will be short and that you will have your little one home soon. I pray (with all of my heart) that all of the children will be home soon. :)
May God bless and keep you during your Guatemalan stay. Felicia

Thank yo for sharing your wonderful news. We had the option to foster but chose not too (could not afford it and we had a daughter at home). Our case was one that went through right before all the hang ups in PGN. The last two weeks it was all I could do to stay in NW Arkansas. I thought that my heart would bust waiting for his case to process through. Hoping for a speedy trip trough PGN so that you Chris, and sweet girl can be together forever.

Remember God is closer than a brother, I think that means a hubby too!! :) God will give you peace and joy and comfort when you are missing Chris. You will enjoy so much being with your baby girl! Since she just turned 11 months you will be there for her
1st birthday right?!?! How cool is that!!

God bless!
Debbie

YOu will miss Chris, but Eliana will fill your days until you are all together again. The sacrifice without him will be so worth it for the extra time with her.

Let's hope you are only there a short time.

This is wonderful Lindsey! We will pray the adoption process goes quickly so you can bring that sweet girl home and you all can be TOGETHER! I know it will be difficult to be away from your husband... praying the Lord's grace is sufficient!
