Our little Muneca (doll) is coming home......

It is amazing to see how much has happened in the 3 months I have been living in Guatemala!! I have looked through my pics and can't believe how much she has grown. She is a little girl. The sweet women that clean/baby-sit at our house call Eliana little Muneca all of the time. She is just like a little doll. I LOVE her so much....and can't wait for her to meet our friends and family!! Thanks for celebrating with us!! WE ARE BEYOND EXCITED!! Chris gets her in 4 days!!

Love y'all,
Lindsey

So excited to hear your good news. I remember the day when we knew going home was just a few days away (after almost 6 months living in Guatemala). The last few days in Guatemala were wonderful just knowing home was in sight. thanks for sharing your journey.

Waht a beauty. At my son's orphanage in Solola, his nickname was Muneco! We call him that sometimes! I am so happy for you! When I left to pick up JP, I ended up being there for six weeks. It was the LONGEST six weeks of my life and I will never forget the feeling I had when I was finally told I could come home with him! CONGRATULATIONS!!

I'm so excited for you all! She is SUCH a doll! You are all so blessed. Enjoy having her home and getting to show her off. I bet it will be so nice for both of you to just sit on your OWN couch, together, and watch her play in YOUR living room knowing she belongs to both of YOU, FOREVER! Yay!!!

You don't know me, but I've been following your blog off a link of a mutual friend's blog; and I wanted to take the time to say "Praise Jesus!" indeed! Your story has touched my heart so deeply and I have been praying for you and your family. It brings tears of joy to my eyes to read that you finally get to come home to your husband! You are quite the family and your faith in our Lord and your strength through Him is humbling and inspiring! Thank you!

I think I love her even more now that I've met her. I'm ready for Chris to get there because he takes millions of pictures and posts them -- unlike her momma! :)

Love ya, girl! See ya on this side soon.

Oh wow Lindsey!! Congratulations! I know you are so ready to be at home and get settled as a family. Sorry to hear about your purse...that's so frustrating and it is more than just possessions being taken from you - you feel violated.
I can't wait to read future posts and see pictures of the 3 of you...home sweet home!

Take care,
Heather (and Lance)
